Tuition Information 2008-2009

Providing your child with a superior education is a tremendous financial commitment. Because a one-time annual tuition payment may not be an option for many families, Ann and Nate Levine Academy offers flexible payment plans.

All tuition payments will be made through the FACTS Tuition Management Company.

Method of payment:

• Automatic bank payments: Payments are automatically made through your checking or savings accounts on the 5th or 20th.
• MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card: Payments are automatically scheduled through your credit card. Each payment will include a credit card convenience fee. Please contact the Levine Academy Business Office for information you need to set-up your account with FACTS.

Payment options:

• One payment in full due in May.
• Two payments due in May and November.
• Ten monthly payments due May through February.

Tuition Contract:

• After you have completed the enrollment form on-line, you must fill out and return, to the Business Office, the Tuition Contract before your enrollment is finalized.
• The Tuition Contract is due no later than two weeks after the date on the letter of acceptance to Levine Academy. The school's Tuition Contract must be signed by both parents (or custodial parent). After two weeks, we cannot guarantee the applicant's place will be held.
